A group of 4 people must be arranged in order to occupy this apartment for minimum of 3 months stay therefore the rate is AU$185 per week per person (total of AU$740 between four people). Additional costs in total include AU$60 per week (that is AU$15 per person) for utilities such as electricity, gas and water. A fully refundable security bond of AU$1000 as well as a AU$250 cleaning deposit and security tag/key deposit of AU$350 are also required.
The apartment is fully air conditioned with 1 queen bed and 2 double sofa beds, washing machine, dining table, bathroom with shower and bath, full kitchen with all kitchen utensils, large wardrobes, LCD TV, DVD, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and clock radio. Wifi is available if required (additional charges apply).
