We are LLT Accountants, a CPA firm based in Sydney CBD.
We have a desk for rent in a shared office. The office consists of a main office area, a waiting area and a conference room. We are located on the top (9th) floor and there are shared kitchen and toilet facilities for the entire floor.
We are looking for a sole trader who provides professional services (excluding accounting, tax, audit or bookkeeping services) to share our small and friendly office. Ideally you will be a legal professional, financial planner, migration agent, financial product broker, real estate agent or Quantity Surveyor.

We are offering a desk space in our shared office for rent at $150 per week. The rent includes:
- Unlimited use of the conference room shared between all tenants
- A land line (TPG VOIP) and broadband internet connection
Other negotiable items include:
1) Use of printing & scanning facilities
2) Coffee Machine
3) Option to use main office server and remote PC access
4) Option to host your e-mail exchange on the office server
