The Company
A fantastic opportunity within a growing business is available with a well established company located in Sydney CBD, close to central station. Our client offers fantastic working hours if you'd like a sleep in!! Hours are from 11:45am - 8pm Monday to Thursday & 10:45am - 7pm on Friday's!. The Role
You as the Customer Service & Sales Agent will make outbound calls to exiting customers, work with daily targets and KPIs to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality services to external financial services customers. Working with 3 different ongoing campaigns you will be energetic and competitive, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
You will be responsible for;
? Calling existing customers and managing accounts
? Up selling and cross selling products, working with 3 different campaigns
? Building relationships with clients
? Administration tasks and data entry into existing database
You
To be considered for this position you will have;
? Call centre / sales experience - ideally outbound
? Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
? Possess integrity and enthusiasm
? Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
