The rate of AU$570 per week is for 3 people for a minimum of 2 months stay. Shorter lengths of stay are welcome however higher rates may apply. Additional cost of AU$60 per week is required for utilities such as electricity, gas and water. A fully refundable security bond of AU$1000 as well as a AU$250 cleaning deposit and security tag/key deposit of AU$350 is also required.
The apartment is fully air conditioned with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower and bath, full kitchen with all kitchen utensils, large mirror wardrobes, LCD TV, DVD, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and clock radio. Wifi is available if required (additional charges apply).
