Opportunity of Accounting Internship at MEGA in SYDNEY, New South Wales

With so much growth, we are currently seeking an intern to assist with accounts department’s daily tasks. The duration of internship is three months. After the internship, a reference letter will be provided. The candidate may also be offered a full time/part time position.
This role will include:
• To process and maintain all accounts receivable functions, transactions and records
• To process all student account enquiries and maintain ongoing relationships with students
• Process invoices and generate report from MYOB
• Assist finance manager to process payroll
• Prepare monthly A/R, weekly sales and A/R report
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Ensuring our systems and structure are maintained
• Office administrations
